Vacation Villa in Javea with panoramic view, pool and garden on the Costa Blanca halfway between Alicante and Valencia in Spain for holidays

Rental Period:

• weekly from Sat to Sat
• no daily rentals
• from Oct to April long term rental possible

Rental basis:

• are the conditions and terms of the rental agreement which you will receive a copy of after your booking enquiry
• is the infomation on this website

Booking deposit and final payment:

• in Euro or any other convertible currency
• 20 % with the booking
• Remainder plus security deposit not later than 60 days before arrival

Services provided:

• exclusive use of the property (there will be NO other persons within the grounds or house) incl. garden and Pool from 4 pm on day of arrival until 10 am on day of departure
• You will be met by the villa manageress on the day of arrival to get the keys and be introduced to the villa, you will also be checked out by her. You will NOT need to travel to pick up the keys from somewhere. If you arrive / leave before 7 am or after 7 pm this may however be charged extra
• bed linen and towels for the number of persons booked
• all china, crockery, glasses, cutlery etc. are available
• Baby cot available for free but bedding for babies should be brought along
• The house is clean when you arrived and will be cleaned after you leave
• Water, electricity, garden- and poolservice are included

Vom Mieter zu beachten:

• Das Haus soll besenrein verlassen, Muell soll entfernt, Geschirr soll gespuelt worden sein
• Die Aufnahme zusaetzlicher Gaeste ueber die angemeldete Zahl hinaus bedarf der Anmeldung und Zustimmung
• Poolmann und Gaertner muss an den vereinbarten Tagen Zugang zum Grundstueck gestattet werden
• Schaeden inkl. durch Naturgewalten, auch solche, die ggf. von der Versicherung des Hausbesitzers zu zahlen sind, sollen umgehend der Verwalterin gemeldet werden

• SEPA transfer in Euro to accounts in Spain, Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• Swiss Francs transfers to accounts in Switzerland and England
• USD transfers to accounts in Hong Kong, England and the USA
• Brit. Pound transfers to account in the UK
• Hong Kong Dollar transfers to accounts in Hong Kong
• Philippinische Peso transfers to accounts in the Philippines
• Credit Card payment via Paypal oder in brit. Pounds via a third party booking agency
• Personal cheques cannot normally be accepted

Repayment of security deposit:

• not later than 10 days after your departure to an account of your choice minus charges for any substantial damages (we will communicate with you before attempting such deductions)
